What are the typical requirements of an HR Analyst?

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in HR data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SAP HCM, Workday, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (MIS, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and experience with analytics tools (SAS, R, SQL).
  • Practical experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to identify metrics and explain technical information broadly.
  • Experience in HR systems report writing and data management.
  • Knowledge in business process design and service delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical and BI tools (Google Big Query, Tableau, etc.).
  • Understanding of HR functions and data structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and internal consulting abilities.
  • 2-3 years of HR Data & Analytic experience in a large-scale organization.
