What are the required skills & experiences of a Risk Analyst?

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, risk management, mathematics, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in risk analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Familiarity with coding and analytics tools like SAS, R, or Python is a plus.
Experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of risk management principles.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various organizational levels.
